7/2017:"I sessioned with Vanessa Vilano on the London leg of her recent tour. It was a short notice booking, I hadn't seen she was in town. Anyway - her comms beforehand were excellent, emails swiflty replied to (which is always a good sign), and she even shifted round a busy schedule to (ahem) squeeze me in for an hour. Physically she is lithe and athletic, on the way up to her apartment I knew I had my work cut out. I had originally asked for a semi-competitive match, but very quickly, by unspoken mutual agreement, it became a fantasy beatdown - I repeatedly found myself choked, smothered and locked up in her completely unbreakable scissor holds. Her side-on neck scissors and triangle chokes are especially deadly. Vanessa also has a habit of pushing you beyond the (inevitable) tap -- she knows when you've had enough! But no matter how battered I felt, I just had to keep coming back.

When not completely owning you, Vanessa is a thoroughly charming lady to talk to. It was a pleasure seeing her, I would thoroughly recommend her, and would LOVE to see her again."
