"Sophia's description in WB270 is quite accurate, but really does not do justice to her depth and power...Her inner strength crushed me. I thought that since she only wanted to do 'semi-competitive' that I could handle her. She only had to do semi competitive to completely crush me--there was no need to go to a full out competitive. She got me down and I literallly could not move against her, it was like trying to move a big oak tree firmly rooted in the forest floor. ... I was gently but firmly and completely overpowered and we started from a ground or kneeling position. Sophia prefers close in ground wrestling as opposed to stand up takedowns that cover a whole room.

I have wrestled and lost to large, strong women, but have never been so completely physically overpowered by such a feminine and gentle woman that was about 30 pounds and 2" smaller than me and only five years younger than me. I had no excuse for being so completely and smoothly overpowered and outwrestled. Her inner strength is the real deal and she is also a person of real depth in the mental and sprititual realms as well as being utterly charming and delightful to talk with."
