"Hey everyone this is Raquel and I wanted to let everyone know that I am coming out of retirement to get back into some competition wrestling and for those of you who may think that my skills may be a little rusty I am as polished as I have ever been.  I have honed my skills and trained for over a year with my coach (a 3 time world champion wrestler). I am also currently training in the Art of Brazilian Jujitsu, so for any of you who think I may have lost a step I would challenge you to test me and find out. • 11/97: "She was terrific. This session being my first, I really did not know what to expect.  She was patient and explain things for me.  The first thing I noticed when we tied up was her strength.  She is very strong and an excellent wrestler.  I'm 5'10 about 180 but it did not matter.  We went all out, or at least I did, during the match.  I was petty "smoked" after the first 15 minutes and took many rest breaks.  On the other hand she did not seem tired at all.  Of course, the next day I was pretty sore.  This young lady is truly for real." 
• 6/99: "I've faced Raquel four times, she's the BEST defensive wrestler out there, so fast that if your not prepared, and somewhat skilled, she'll put you in a disadvantage immediately - difficult to control, can instantly turn a defensive situation into an offensive one -deceptive explosive power"
• 12/10: "Raquel was in outstanding shape and I was extremely impressed with her wrestling ability.  She has an excellent attitude and you can really tell that she enjoys what she does.  I’m 6-2, 185 lbs and in decent shape, but she had absolutely no problem controlling me and putting me in any hold that she wanted despite my 50 pound weight advantage.  We had a light semi-competitive submission wrestling session and she dominated with her excellent defense, leverage, and knowledge of countless holds.  I have been doing sessions for over 10 years with numerous female bodybuilders and none of them come even close to Raquel’s wrestling ability.  She always seems 2 or 3 moves ahead of you and will apply deadly scissor holds, headlocks, and chokes with amazing quickness.  She has incredible power and deceptive strength that you have to experience to actually believe.  She will also cater the match to the style and holds that you want.  I love the reverse scissor hold, and I have never met a woman who could wear me down and apply that hold against my defense and repeatedly end it in submissions the way she did.   I highly recommended her to anyone who is looking for a light or semi-competitive wrestling session that you will enjoy and remember."
• 1/11: "I have known Raquel 12 years, originally meeting her at a wrestling convention in San Diego. I remember being incredibly impressed with both her immense strength and world class wrestling skills. So I had no hesitation in making a specific trip this week from Europe to Seattle to see her again once I heard she was back on the scene.She is now in even better shape, sporting more muscle and stronger than ever. Raquel is the strongest girl I have sessioned with. Over the years I have met many female bodybuilders, powerlifters, strength athletes of various sports, some of which have weighed up to 200lb. Raquel may weigh a very lean 130lb, but I have found she has more strength than any of them. Coupled with incredible wrestling and combat skills, once she has you on the mat there is no escape.  Raquel is a beautiful, sexy, natural muscle-girl with an amazing figure.
