Hi my name is Island Desire and I am 31 years old. I lift weights 3x a week and I run 4 times a week. I also cross-train by practicing Bikram Yoga and cycling. I am currently training for a half-marathon and a body physique competition. Since 2009, I have practiced Muay Thai boxing, which consists of some clinch holds and kicking, punching, elbows, and knees. Basically, I train alongside with my friends who are in the military and law enforcement - so they are tough guys. And they don't take it easy on me so don’t you either!!! I did a sprint triathlon and trained all year for it and this helped me prepare for my first ever 100-Mile Century bike ride. It was an all-day event on my road bike...took all the endurance and stamina I had! I am continuously pushing myself. I just started Ju-Jitsu

I have done a few local sessions already and have gotten great reviews and feedback. I do travel. I am stronger than most women on top and have great lower body strength as well. I am always learning new holds.

9/2014: "Wrestling with ID makes for a very challenging session. She is tenacious, fun and an Energizer Bunny when it comes to going right into the next fall. She was enjoyable to chat with but was all business when it was time to wrestle where her focus immediately turned to getting that next submission. ID is just starting to travel and as someone that has been active sessioning for several years I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good workout wrestling session with a woman that approaches session wrestling with the same amount of energy she does all her other athletic endeavors. She expects to improve her wrestling skills each day (watch out she is very good already) and is in it to win it. That said she does a full array of sessions not just semi-comp and I would imagine she would provide a great session in these other areas as well."
