I started competitive soft bodybuilding over 20 years ago.  I've won many International titles.    l am a personal trainer .  My hobby is MMA and Muhay thai , of course, after reading,  studying and listening music.

I'm a dominant personality and enjoy using the phyisical and mental strength in my sessions.  I like to communicate with my client openly and thoroughly before a session : this will make sure we'll be both satisfied.

I'm not professionally trained  in the martial arts, so please don't ask. I' m not here to get hurt.
