"Many years in long distance running gave me great stamina, strength and fllexibility which I use to great advantage in wrestling. Since men in mixed wrestling are usually heavier, stronger ... and superficial I had to be inventive, quick....and patient. What I like in wrestling is that I always have to develop myself in order to compete with a skilled opponent. I am always concentrated in my wrestling partner and try my best in every moment of the game. I never submit unless it is absolutely neccessary. My best holds are head scissors, figure four in the waist and head, armbars and strangle holds.

Willing to travel if the expenses are paid as I have done in the past for events in Europe and the MiddleEast. "
