The Submission Room has a padded room and several women are available for wrestling sessions. The room is completely private and secure. It’s suitable for wrestling, other martial arts, workshops, video/photo shoots and many other uses. There is free parking, a reception area, and separate area for changing with modern shower/toilet facilities. There are also tea and coffee facilities. A music player with MP3 docking is located in the mat room. You are welcome to bring your own snack lunch and a microwave is provided for this purpose. Visiting wrestlers are very welcome to hire the facility and the mat room for their own use.
