"Had a session with Lady Kayna when she visited NYC last week. A terrific experience. A bright, witty and very attractive woman of Nigerian roots, Lady Kayna managed to prove in the first half-minute of our match that I was smart in not having chosen to go all out competitive. Before I knew it, she'd slung me over her shoulder in a firemen's carry and paraded around in front of her friend who was taking pix. Amazingly strong, expecially in her hips and thighs. Her head scissors were excrutiating. What was wonderful is that she'd have me in, say, a grapevine, and then effortlessly place me in the likes of a camel clutch or figure4. Had a ball. She laughed and teased while putting me through a wrestling clinic."
