Additional Information
Helen von Mott says, "Kathy is a competitive, extremely well trained,
championship wrestler and martial artist (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) based in
London, with the body of an athlete at the top of her game. Kathy introduced
herself to me not as a wrestler looking for work, but rather as an admirer
of the Virago website, which she found while cruising the internet. Obviously
if she's a fan of my writing she's got to be a cool human being right?
Seriously though, she is a delightful, adventurous, intelligent young
woman with a passion for life and wrestling which just shines through
as soon as you meet her. Kathy has her own mat space available centrally
located in London and is available for playful/semi-competitive wrestling
sessions and limited fantasy/role-play scenarios as well as 100% competitive
matches. She's a keeper. "
- 11/03: "I didn't expect too much with Kath being
much lighter than me but hoped she would put up a fairly good show as
she not only wrestles but does Maui Tai kick boxing and trains with
men. ...We decided to have 10 rounds of three minutes per round and
take it easy initially to see how we fared with the size difference
etc. I must add that I had no boxing experience whatsoever and it soon
became apparent to me that Kath has, and this was going to be more competitive
than I could ever have imagined. She is a very skilled boxer with a
remarkable guard that I just couldn't seem to penetrate. Gradually the
pace was stepped up and in round either round four or five Kath caught
me with a good body blow to the stomach that put me down. This was my
wake up call and I thought I'd better pull my socks up and show this
lass who's boss. It was all to no avail as Kath dominated me even more
no matter what I tried to do. Although by now I was really trying I
could tell that Kath was pulling some of her punches as I think she
knew she had my measure. As we started round nine I asked Kath not to
hold back and paid for that with another visit to the canvas. I don't
really remember much about round 10 as leather seemed to be exploding
to my face and head continuously. I had nowhere to go but down and having
got up received a lot more punishment for my efforts with me flat on
my back at the end of the fight. "
- 11/03: "Although I weigh around 50 pounds more
than her and am several inches taller I did not have a chance against
her. She has a body to die for, covered in taut well-toned muscle, but
very feminine and without the grotesqueness that some body builders
have. Her weakness, if any, is in upper body strength. If I had been
able to lock fingers with her I could have made her submit but, realising
this, she kept her fists tightly clenched throughout. After the first
half hour I was completely at her mercy; she just sat astride me getting
me into one submission hold after another. My great mistake, for which
I am still paying the price, was not to submit immediately she body-scissored
me. As a result, I have popped a cartilage in my rib cage which still
hurts. A great wrestler and a kind and considerate hostess. "
- 12/03: "I thought that I might have made a mistake
in booking her, as surely no-one as apparently slight of stature and
softly-spoken could possibly give me a decent match, especially as I
out-weighed her by about 60 lbs - how wrong I was!! From the start,
Kathy dominated the match, as not only is she deceptively strong, but
she's also extremely skilled at what she does. For example, while I
didn't have much difficulty in getting a headlock on her (a hold I've
found quite successful in the past with other ladies), she was so agile
that she was able to escape from the hold easily, usually leaving me
in a vulnerable position which she was able to take advantage of. Also,
her body scissors were excruciating - possibly because her legs are
all solid muscle and bone; I don't think she has an ounce of fat on
her. I don't think I can remember a body scissor hurting that much.
And of course she has that psychological advantage of being so ******
nice while she's subjecting you to all that pain..."
- 5/05: "This woman can truly wrestle with and she
beat me twice and Iam 90 pounds heavier, submitting to one headlock
and one arm lock. I managed a head lock towards the end but she took
the pain and refused to submitt. She is very quick she tossed me up
in the air from a pin down position with extreme ease with powerful
legs. I am very strong my self but she had an edge of strength which
Ifound frustrating and unstoppable"
- 10/05: "I am six-feet-tall, 80 kilos and not weak.
But I did not have a chance against Kathy. I thought I would be able to
hold my own for at least five minutes or so. No chance, boy! She could
pin me and make me tap out every two minutes if she wished. I think she
must have beaten me at least ten times in our hour -- and it was not
more because she would stop (on my request) to explain her moves. Once
she had her arms around my torso, standing me up on my head, while she
calmly explained what the next hold would be. Once when she had pushed
me down near the wall, she simply picked me up and dragged me to the
centre before resuming her hold. My neck hurt for two weeks from her
holds, even though I could feel that she was being careful and perhaps
not exerting full pressure. If you have not wrestled Kathy, you
have missed something in life. Not only is she a great wrestler and
astonishingly sexy, she is also good and intelligent company."
